EDUCATION
Michael
L. Wagner received an A.A. degree from UND-Williston Center in 1983, a B.B.P.A degree in
accounting from the University of North Dakota in 1985, and a J.D. degree, with
distinction, from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1988. He is a
former law clerk to the Supreme Court of North Dakota.
LICENSURES
Wagner is licensed to
practice before all state and federal courts in North Dakota, the Eighth Circuit Court of
Appeals, and the United States Tax Court.
Wagner is a member of the Big Muddy Bar Association and State Bar Association of North Dakota.
COMPUTER
Wagner has presented a
number of seminars on law office automation, networking, using word processors in the law
office, using personal information managers in the law office, and using databases in the
law office.
BUSINESS
Michael
L. Wagner is the owner of Wagner Law Firm, P.C. where he practices primarily
business/estate planning, litigation, taxation, and bankruptcy.
BANKRUPTCY
Michael
L. Wagner was on June 15, 1995 appointed to the panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the
District of North Dakota, being appointed as trustee in approximately 70-100 cases per
month. He is a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees.
